What is Depression:
Depression is a common medical illness that seriously affects the way you think and how you act. In some cases, it is also treatable. Depression causes a loss of interest in activities that you were interested in before and that once enjoyed.
Symptoms of depression can vary from lenient to serve and it can include:
- Increased fatigue
- Loss of interest in activities that you were enjoyed before
- Normally feeling sad

How to deal with depression:

Taking the first step is always the hardest. But when you’re going for a daily walk, getting up early, dancing to your favorite music, meet with friends, and going for a party it may overcome your sadness.

We can say that phone calls, texting, and social media are great ways to stay in touch with people and it may help to deal with anxiety and sadness but they don’t replace good old-fashioned in-person quality time.it is more convenient and good to talk to people face to face about how you feel.

Caring for a pet can also get you outside of yourself and give you a sense of being needed. This is a very powerful antinode to depression.

You should get moving. When you’re depressed you should get out of bed can seem like a daunting task, when you are having a regular exercise in your daily routine it also helps prevent relapse once you’re well.

Eat a healthy and fighting diet. Reduce your intake foods that can adversely affect your mood and brain, such as alcohol, caffeine, trans fats, and food with high chemical hormones.
Develop a ‘’wellness toolbox’’ to deal with depression:
- Try and implement a few ideas each day. Even if you’re feeling good.
- Spend some quality time with nature
- Make a list what you like about yourself
- Read good quotes
- Take care of a few tasks daily
- Talk to friends and family face to face
- Listen to good inspirational music
- Take care about things that you have
- Play with a pet
- Do things which make you feel relax
Talk to the therapist:
Sometimes when you can not deal with your anxiety and sadness you should go-to therapist. A good therapist will validate how hard things are for you and give you coping skills when you are unable to trust your thoughts.
Forgive yourself:
You’re a human, you may experience a very difficult time and some pathetic situation but you don’t need to be panic. You need to fight against them. When you’ll be able to forgive yourself it may overcome your anxiety and may feel you happy.
You just have to know, you can cope up with your depression by yourself and it can be cured!
